Training Needs Analysis (TNA)Alongside the academic programme, MTC also delivers non-credit bearing training specifically designed to ensure that you develop the competencies required to be successful in your future workplace.
MTC, in coordination with the beneficiaries, ensures that its graduates have career opportunities after graduation in accordance with the accepted program and the regulations.
MOD Advanced diploma graduates will be recruited at MOD and SAF, and awarded a sergeant rank.
Students enrolled in the foundation program receive a monthly allowance of (= / 80 R.O).
Students enrolled in the Engineering program to the advanced diploma receive allowance of (= / 125 R.O).
Students enrolled in the Engineering program for the Final year (BEng) receive a monthly allowance of (= / 250 R.O) during the study.
Graduates will have DipHE or BEng certificate that is recognized internationally.
All graduates will have an Advanced Diploma certificate and BEng certificate based on their academic level as well as their military discipline. This is applied to all the beneficiaries contracted with MTC.
All students are insured against risks within the college campus.
