Specialty Duties and Responsibilities
Land Surveying
  • Conduct precise land, construction site, and topographical surveys using total stations, GPS systems, and related surveying equipment.
  • Prepare detailed survey drawings, site layout plans, maps, and technical reports based on field data.
  • Set out construction works accurately based on design drawings, specifications, and site conditions.
  • Perform site inspections, verification surveys, and as-built surveys during and after construction works.
  • Assist engineering and construction teams with accurate site measurements, elevations, and boundary marking.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, and quality control requirements.
  • Regularly maintain and calibrate surveying instruments and equipment.
  • Educate students in basic and advanced surveying techniques, including theory and practical field exercises.
