MTC Development and Continuing Education Centre organized three training courses, which ended on Thursday 16 March 2023. The graduation ceremony was under the patronage of Air Commodore (Engineer) Mohammed bin Aziz Al Siyabi, MTC Dean and presence of the Vice Deans, Heads of departments and Military Units representatives. Strategic Leadership Course This course, which was attended by senior officers, covered different modules including military leadership strategies and strategic planning. Fundamentals Leadership Course This course, which was attended by officers, covered different modules such as leadership basics and styles, military leadership and decision making. Applied Marine Engineering (Ship Hull): This course was attended by 12 officers of Royal Navy of Oman. The training focused on relevant areas such as ship engineering, ship types and ship stability, in addition to ship hull surveying and ship lifts.
